Sources tell the Washington Post Lady O wants to air three shows from Washington D.C. next January during inaugural week, adding that she's contacted the famous Kennedy Center about hosting one of the shows there.
The paper's sources also say that event planners working for Oprah have been inquiring about securing a ballroom or other location for a big celebratory bash. Oprah's production company, Harpo Productions, had no comment.
